ClearUp has no accounts and stores your log, answers and photos only on your iPhone.

Delete everything

1. Open the app, go to Settings and use Reset all data to wipe your log, photos and answers immediately; or
2. Delete the app from your Home Screen — iOS removes its entire sandbox, including every photo and record it held.

Either action is permanent and cannot be undone. We hold no server-side copy to restore.

Data held outside your device

Some purchase and usage data may be held by service providers on our behalf, keyed to an anonymous app-generated ID rather than to you personally. To have that erased, email dreammint2025@gmail.com from any address and say you want your data deleted; we will action it within 30 days. Note that Apple keeps its own purchase records independently of us, for tax and billing reasons.

Deleting your data does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in your Apple subscription settings.
